BIG-BAG STATION

It consists of a support platform for a sack or flexible packaging of polypropylene yarn where bulk materials are stored. There are a wide variety of types and classes according to their application in the industry.

Discharge station

The product is extracted by means of a vibrating cone with an anti-vault system and is driven to the installation by means of pneumatic or mechanical conveying.
It is included dust emission control filter and clamping sleeve in the Big-Bag.

Filling station

The product is conveyed to the filling station through the piping, after being dosed and weight.
Our filling stations include a preinflation of the Big-Bag in order to optimize its filling, a clamping ring, a weighing sensor, and a filter to control dust emissions into the atmosphere.
DESCARGA DE SILOS

Liner charger

Set of elements that allow the bulk materials conveying from existing silos to liner containers.
It consists of a hopper located on a mobile platform that has to be placed under the telescopic dischargers of the existing silos.
The discharge of the hopper is dosed by means of a rotary valve that directs the product to a pneumatic conveying line in which a tube or flexible lance is connected to the liner container.
On the same mobile platform, there is a blower to supply the conveying flow and the previous inflating of the liner.
As a half-treatment to control dust emissions to the atmosphere, an automatic filter is connected to the liner deaeration and to the vacuum fan.
It is an ‘approved for contact with edibles by the Food and Drug Administration’ (FDA) facility.

Telescopic discharge

A device that allows to automatically transfer bulk materials, in pellets or powder, stored in a silo, directly to a tank truck, big-bag, octavín, etc.

The solutions adopted allow us to guarantee

→ Maximum efficiency of product slippage.
→ Excellent resistance to abrasive products.
They have the possibility to control the different positions.
It is necessary to install a level indicator that indicates the state of the filling, controlled from a local panel.
5 DESCARGA

Extractors

Equipment to support the unloading of silos and hoppers, installed in the tank’s outlet, suitable to receive products with a tendency to compact, with a low degree of slipping and difficult to extract.
Its operation consists in the activation of a rotating vane by means of a gear motor that ensures that the cone of the silo or hopper is free of product.
It ensures a high speed and efficient download, presenting itself as an ideal equipment for inclusion in small spaces.

Flat bottom exractor

Equipment to support the unloading of silos and hoppers, installed in the tank’s outlet, suitable to receive products with a tendency to compact, with a low degree of slipping and difficult to extract.

Vibrating extractor

It allows the discharge of products that do not flow freely from silos and hoppers in a continuous and homogeneous way, thanks to the constructive form of the bottom, the internal diaphragm, and the vibrators, which transmit vibrations to the silage product.
It ensures a continuous, regular and homogeneous discharge flow, reducing the possibility of bridge formation, uncontrolled flows, and separation of mixtures.
The regulation of the intensity of the vibrations and especially the suspension system that reduces the transmission of vibrations to the silo or hopper makes it a device with wide possibilities of use, even with products of high specific weight.
FLUID-3

Fluidization

Injection of compressed air that is distributed in the cone of the silo from concentric rings in the development of the same, by means of fluidization nozzles.
A system that allows the product to slide continuously without compacting since the air increases the circulation capacity of the solid.
To achieve a good fluidization system, it is necessary to calculate the volume of compressed air necessary to favor the fluidity of the product to be discharged according to its characteristics.
The total required air flow is distributed in as many rings as fluidization nozzles correspond to the appropriate design in each case.
